• Secure on-the-job training

• Organise off-the-job training with TAFE or a Registered Training Organisation

• Make sure your wages and allowances are paid in accordance with Awards and other agreements

• Look after Workers Compensation and other employee benefits

• Monitor progress throughout your Apprenticeship or Traineeship

• Allow you to rotate to other industry locations to develop more skill sets

• Ensure you are equipped with the required and necessary safety gear
